I have been taught the art of meditation by well trained and educated professionals. As a student of Bak Sil Lum Kung Fu, Praying Mantis Kung Fu, and Tai Chi Chuan I was taught several different meditation techniques from various styles. Through education and vast independant study, I have also studied many different forms of holistic healing techniques. My goal in creating this site is to pass along the knowledge that has been given to me.
